i have pasted the meta tag successfully on my blog but i found this thins in my google site map over view page : Web crawl errors Last updated Nov 16, 2008 Errors for URLs in Sitemaps 0 -- HTTP errors 0 -- Not found 125 Details » URLs not followed 0 -- URLs restricted by robots.txt 0 -- URLs timed out 0 -- Unreachable URLs 0 what i have to do to rectify that?i am not getting any traffic from google search engine even after indexing.what i have to do?
Well, click on the details of what's not found. Look at the list of URL with 404 errors and where they're linked from. Decide which ones have valuable links and do a 301 on those to the pages related. The ones that are worthless, add to robots.txt as "disallow" and request removal using "Tools / Remove URL's" in Google Webmaster Tools. If they're pages that shouldn't have been 404, make sure you have no problems with the server and just wait, it'll pick them back up when they get crawled again.
301 is redirect your page to another page. and yes in robots.txt file you have to add User-Agent: * Disallow: (type here which you want to not allow to crawler)
if i upload wordpress google sitemap plugin then will it solve my problem?will my blog pages be included in google search pages?
Please use Google XML sitemap plugin... It works like a charm. Make sure that that sitemap.xml file and its zip file has write access.
i have problem with the plugin also.i don't know what should i do with this plugin to make it work?instead of uploading plugin i want to manually add sitemap.

Mannually adding sitemap is a pain. Why don't you just keep your settings of XML-sitemap right? Though it has a big settings page, it is a straight forward thing to do that set up. As I see, your permalink structure is not proper with your sitemap links and hence the 404 error. Your permalinks have 'domain/category/post-title' kind of permalink but sitemap has a different URL.
