OMG... Where did that happen? The driver seems don't even care what he had hit. Even the lady in the left car is screaming seeing what had happen.
Whatever the case. It's really sad how the people at the left start screaming while the driver doesn't even care (or notice) of what (s)he just done. Even if the victim had no injuries, I would have felt shocked of what could have been happened. For me, "nearly injure someone" is as shocking as actually injuring someone. I think "O.. M... G... What could have happened..." So things are more serious than what some people consider. Some pretend they drive the car, they control it. But a mistake can either take your like with it or/and other innocent's, which is indeed worse...
Too many people don't pay attention these days, the cell phone and Ipod are more important to them and they are usually clueless to the fact they drive a couple of tons of metal that can kill....

oh man look at the passenger in the car on the left . there should be a new age limit for driving 19-72 16 is way to young to drive and anything over 70 is pushing it.
I don't know if it's real.. but the driver did not show any reaction about the incident.. maybe his just numb and don't care at all.. or he didn't know the red light means..
