I have bought a new hosting and would like to know if they transfer my site.

I am mailing them for support since 4 days and seems no reply...

I was told they have a good support..

anybody know how to contact them ? OR do they reply ever ?

ah..hm..I have heard of a few cases of delayed responses from lunarpages, bluehost, and even host gator but 4 days is ridiculous if you ask me, what kind of service was it? I usually try to tell friends and anyone else to stay away from hosts that offer unlimited storage and bandwidth because there is always a catch..

I must say, hostgator is top in support, instant live chat available any time.
while lunarpage is giving only live chat for sales - once you buy, you get no live chat support.

They are one of the big and support is bit inert. If you have possibility to call them go ahead.
