    hmmm interesting

First impressions - the site aesthetics are awesome, it looks like a nice polished site. If you're going to invest a lot of time and effort (which it looks like you already have) you should really purchase the .net and .org and perhaps .us extensions before someone else does and then tries to sell them to you.

Title tags - I think you really need to fix your title tags, they are much too obviously written with SEO in mind. I'm guessing they're obviously the keywords you want to rank for :p but if the site was hand reviewed I think this would count against you

Thanks, we have put tons of programming hours in. Until you said something I thought I owned all diyhomesellers.domains. Thanks for pointing that out. Since your posting I know own: DIYHOMESELLERS.NET, DIYHOMESELLERS.ORG, DIYHOMESELLERS.BIZ, DIYHOMESELLERS.US, DIYHOMESELLERS.WS, DIYHOMESELLERS.MOBI, DIYHOMESELLERS.INFO, DIYHOMESELLERS.TV, DIYHOMESELLERS.NAME, DIYHOMESELLERS.COM. I hope I didn't miss one :)

Yeah, I figured the title tags would need some work but I just actually started on the SEO (they were even worse before if you can believe that...haha) which is why I joined this forum.

Thanks for your words of encouragement and ideas. I truly appreciate them.

Yes the design is great... But some of the urls are ugly like sessionid=F0C9C256E3838FF9FCC3D43EDCFC0E9F
Overall a good looking site, easy to navigate

Nice design and layout. The only thing I didn't like were the numbers under the top navigation buttons.

It does not look modern and I do not feel enough safe in this site. It looks like a script. The links in the footer makes it more unprofessional.

    Can you please elaborate on
. How and why do you not feel safe? All logins are secure, so I'm a bit confused?

I do not mean about that kind of security.

I mean your target market can not feel that this site is trustable.

    Hi,

    Very nice site.

Clean simple design. Tough marketplace though!

Really like your FSBO store... very good idea and will draw in a lot of people looking for those products.

A picture of you, smiling with company sign behind you might personalise the logo a little bit. This is very much a people based business, so people like to see the people they are dealing with.

when i clicked on the logo from the http://diyhomesellers.com/fsbostore/Welcome.do page i was brought back to the same page and not the homepage... is this intentional.

Have you considered contributing small items to local newspapers and radio to build up an 'expert' profile to attract visitors?

All in all a good site... best of luck

Thanks Robbert, those are excellent ideas. We are in the process of working on the fsbo store which should updated in the next few releases.

I will look into the radio and newspaper contributions...thanks so much for comment and suggestions.
