The design is not bad but I think the ads below your
header is occupying a little too much space on the page.

 

I agree with kingofsanda. I would consider using the large horizontal adsense banner. That would make it so you don't need to scroll to get to the forums.

 

I like almost everything about it. Do the ads at the top go away when you registrar?

But overall I like it. My 2 big things where the very large ads under the header forcing the user to scroll and I personally preffer a line break between threads so I dont have to think to hard.
