    Yes but its cannot be used on Paypal US coz cannot be accepted from banks which do not check address.

    I'm using Entro pay for over a year and they have some fantastic service, Their debit cards can be used on Adwords as well as on any internet merchants who accepts visa card.

    Entropay can use upfund to poker , casino, It accept ur debit

    I dont think that entropay is accepted by adwords. i tried once and failed.
