condo unit or house and lot???

which do you prefer buying a condo unit or a house and lot???

 

A house for me because it will have more sentimental values, I think.

 

A cozy home with my children is all i need

 

Definitely a house. Nothing like having your own backyard to enjoy

 

House is great, until you get tired of mowing the yard every week.

It might for a few years. But everything in this world passes and you will eventually be left with nothing but memories.

 

house and lot first then condo....

 

Home cause its all yours and you don't have to share it with someone you don't like.

 

I would love to buy a house, looking into it next year.

 

I prefer buying a house rather than a unit, I want the classic
way of leaving. I like the house with a spacious garden..

 

of course I would prefer a house instead of buying a condo because of the many benefits of living

 

I love having both but with my busy schedule, I prefer living in a condo.

 

I will like to buy a condo. House is nice to have because you have to yard, but think about the work you will have.

 

My dream is to own at least 1000 acres so I can set up my animal retirement/rescue centre.
