I am new and want to know that how long google takes to index sitemaps? Because I submitted my sitemap 3 days ago and my pages are not indexed still Please share your experieces Thanks
Sitemap helps Google to discover new resources, and it leads Google's crawlers to updates faster, but submitting the sitemap does not guarantee google crawling or indexing. I think it depends on how much google satisfy about the site.
Google doesn't just index a site on a regular basis. The more weight or "trusted" a site is, generally the faster it indexes through Google. I have seen sites that were indexed in real time, and others who took several weeks. You can try going to Google's webmaster tools and seeing if your site map has been indexed there if you have submitted it. If you haven't, do so. Hope this helps.
Yes i have submitted sitemaps from google webmaster tools but nubmer of pages of indexed and sitemaps differ I mean it shows that your sitemaps urls are 10 and indexed urls are 6
the best way is to create pages which you display their adsense... i discovered that pages that has no ads by adsense in my site are not indexed, same way with others..
