Hello guys, I just bought an ebook from BST Section here. Seller said we can make money from our IM list " I thought seems to be a great method lets try" Link to ebook sales thread: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1112914 I just went through the thread found some positive reviews and seller himself had good amount of ITraders and seemed to be a reputed member. Seller said anyone can register to that site and per register will give you 3$, I have 800 friends in my Yahoo List I thought it might be usefull. But after buying it to my shock I saw only a webmaster who have an extra domain with them can sign up Yeah, I agree that it is not required to have domain with them to sign up but why will they sign up when they dont have domain to park with them? and at last after giving link to that site and giving some details about that site that too copy pasted from site he said Thats it... I was like and was feeling stupid to spend 9$ for it. Lol DP got lots of ebooks in BST Will need to be safer here after.
Well this happened with a lot of people already... I bought some ebooks on making a lot of money but it's mostly by leading traffic to one site, and than just say 'signup here [affiliate crap link]' and than nothing will ever happen... So most is crap but yeah... I only buy ebooks now that have +3 pages and GOOD reviews... Greetz
Yeah, after buying this ebook, I just started searching for some threads and found lots of ebooks getting positive reviews in starting from reputed members here and later after few pages they get negative reviews. Need to be carefull and will buy only if seller agrees and give clear refund guarantee.
But what sucks more is... People buy the ebook, they don't like it for 100% but they know THE IDEA.. and than they just REFUND the money That sucks harder.. even if you don't really like the ebook, just tell it in the thread, don't ask money back as most ebooks have really something 'good' Greetz
First of all, looking at the condition of your English - I would recommend you to use a dictionary or at least read a book twice in order to understand it. The thread he is talking about is mine, and I am selling a method through which you can earn 3$ by just referring a friend to signup for a free account. You don't need to have a domain what so ever neither you referred friend needs to park any domain in order for you to qualify for 3$. If you have 800 friends in your list, and none of them signed up, its nothing to be surprised of. The way you behave, I'm sure they would have considered it as spamming and closed the IM window the very next moment they saw your message. You need to use your BRAINS too to earn some money. Again, focus on your english reading skills !! You are right! EV-DO did the same in my thread, first he whined in PMs to give him a discounted copy, which I refrained from as it would be unfair for other buyers. Then after purchasing the book, he judged it in his own personal way and started asking for refund. Which off course is irritating when you have such reputed members thinking its a great unique way to earn.
Ebooks definitely have a bad reputation. I don't know how people sell the bad ones when the good ones won't sell at all. I created one on Adwords that targeted those who were fairly new to it and I think i've sold one copy. Granted, I've never really tried to market it either.
