Hi, I am interesting in tutoring a person who would like to be a programmer. As a good programmer you can make a lot of money and you'll never have money problems again as there will never be enough good programmers to fill the enormous and rapidly growing demand. I would like to meet (via YIM/MSN/GTALK/whatever) a person who is interested in this and wants to make a practical career programming fast to counteract the current economy. What will I teach you? - How to build programs that work fast - How to satisfy needs of clients without actually doing too much - How to get professional work out while keeping within budget and more... What do I want in return? We'll write software together; I want 60-75% (depending on the kind of product) of the rights on the software. What this means is; when we finish something (and we will!), my team and I will market it and sell it. You'll receive 40-25% of that income and I the rest, for my tutoring and work. Note that you'll not only get money from it form products, but after this you'll be able to get jobs, online and offline in the programming field, working from $10 to over $100 an hour (depending on where you live, I will give you pointers for that as well). See you soon!
I would like to apply for this. Are there any requirements? And what programing language is to be learned C++ or?
I am thinking C# (Windows apps), Object C or PHP at the moment. Both are popular and easy to sell skills, also applications built for Windows are great for selling. C, C++ and others are options too, but before these are marketable, you'll be years down the road depending on your talent and for most things besides systems development and game development they don't make much sense, and even there they can be avoided as well.
I'm learning these things at University the moment, mainly: C++ - I'm just starting the OOP basics, using MFC for basic Windows apps and Semaphores. PHP/MySQL - Creating dynamic sites, stored procedures, triggers, normalisation to 3rd normal form, CSS and Javascript. Pretty good with Photoshop for any graphics. If I'm suitable I'd definitely be interested, but University does take up a lot of my time, so cannot guarantee a lot of my time, but perhaps this would help me get some real world practice. I do need to make some money, that I can guarantee, lol. It's late here, so if you think it could work, fire me a PM. Thanks!
I'm interested in this. I myself will even write up the agreement. I can type well, am fluent in English, and am OK with computers. I have some basic knowledge of computers/programming languages, but probably not enough to pass a test on the first day of your 'tutoring.'
Wow this sounds so gooood! I like it.. I am really interested i wanted to learn this long time ago...
Hello Tycho, I would love to learn how to program, we obviously know each other quite well and have talked on MSN for over a year now so please consider me. Thanks
I've got an application that's like 50% complete already, would you guys be interested in helping me finish it up and taking like 40% of any revenue? I'm trying to find someone that will take 40%, I'll take 40% and we could offer 20% to affiliates that send us orders...
