I have come across so many marketers whose paypal account has been banned or suspended for none of their faults. Is paypal scamming people and taking away their money?

I believe that you can withdraw the money if you are banned from Paypal.

There are so many faults .. Changing IP's using different country for signup than you live in ..
    Providing false information during signup.

And if you provided everything true then you can provide documents to unlimit the account. Moreover if they limit your account then you can withdraw after 6 months of limitation...... Simple

Sometimes even honesty doesn't work, though, as other users have pointed out on this forum.

If you're selling intangibles (subscriptions, software, templates) then you'll have a hard time getting your account re-activated if it has been suspended, because Paypal's system asks you for proof of shipping (but you haven't shipped anything!).

So far, my experience with Paypal has been fine. Let's see what the future has in store.
