It is a genuine offer. I know that some of you can run YPN and may choose to do that instead of selling. But for many webmasters - especially those outside the US - YPN is not an option and if they've lost Adsense they find it difficult to make money with contextual. Further, it's difficult to sell the site because nobody wants to buy a site that's been banned by Adsense as it could get them banned as well.

Great to see your commitment in helping those banned from Google and though there are lot of ways to get a adsense account, I think they better contact you and get a good deal done.

After this "I'll buy your banned site" thread there have been copycats threads by others both here and elsewhere.

But, let me by clear - this is no commitment to helping anyone. It's a clear, business transaction. If you're banned and your site is unable to make money from Adsense I'll buy the site from you and you can walk away. This is not an offer to get your site reinstated and I'm not accepting PMs on the subject of getting reinstated.

Let me make it clear. Google never ban a particular site. Its you or your account which is banned.

 

sam1, actually they ban both the owner and the site. There've been numerous cases of people getting their accounts into trouble after buying a banned site. In fact, I learned my own lessons that way. But, I'm still looking to buy banned sites and there's a good reason for that

 

To answer questions I've been getting by PM - no I have no plan to put YPN on the site so if you're banned by YPN or are not US based (and therefore can't run YPN) or have content not ideal for YPN - that's no problem.
