How much does a PR6 or PR7 cost?

I'd like to buy some PR6 or higher domains. Anyway, does anyone know how much can I offer for a PR 6, PR 7 or PR8? How much do they worth?

If you are buying the domain based on PR then you will pay a lot less than if you want one with traffic that makes money.

Most domains that sell on PR alone are fake and will lose PR at the next update.

I would assume that a PR 6 domain would start in the thousands. But it's hard to say going off of PR only. To me, the price of a domain depends on current revenue, number of pages, etc.

My 2-cent view is that it is not wise to take over any website with good PR since one would not be possible to maintain the PR.

To maintain/improve it one needs to "carry on" with the updating of the existing contents.

Start in the thousands? No doubt. If you want a domain that is established PR6 or PR7 you are looking at 5 - 10,000 just for the domain. For a whole site you are looking at 20,000 at least (for a site that makes money already).

I have successfully sold PR1 domains for $2000 and a PR2 site for $1500 in the last week alone, I shudder to think what I could land for a PR7 site.

You can do a little better if you watch the sites for sale here at DP and are ready to move quickly when you see one you like. I bought the site in my sig here on dp from mystikmedia for $600. He has 2,800+ posts and an iTrader rating of 80+ so I doubt I got scammed. At the same time, I doubt I stole it :)

If someone thinks it's worth thousands, I'm open to offers.

If someone thinks I paid to much I would be interested in knowing why.

Have a look at this tool

    http://www.adsbay.co.uk/Link_ad_price_calculator.php

It will give you a very good indication of what advertising space on any website is worth and it has loads of options to get an accurate answer, because just working of PR does not work.

It depends. If you want a really good pr6 with a lot of backlinks than minimum of $x,xxx but I have 2 that are delisted from google that I could sell for $250 each:)
