    it takes time to increase page ranks using the slow link building mechanism thought its the most promising one too. alternatives can be buying paid links, but google recently asked ppl to report paid links which again makes it problematic!

    When they say quality links, it means high PR sites. If you had a single backlink to a PR7 site, I'm sure your own websites PR will dramatically increase.

    Do proper SEO methods will success. Add more and quality content, and try to update frequently. make relevent back links from any source like forums, dir, article and blog sites etc

    if you wand your site to get more higher PR in a short time, for first of all, you need buy a great many of back link from ph high webiste.however,it is said that now google don't favor the backlink be bought, i think that google couldn't check all your backlick be bought. second way is same with Rena as above, it need spend a great deal time,
