How would you like a consistent part-time job that pays you for playing and finding fun games? I need fresh, quality content for my online games website. Here's what your job will entail: Browsing other gaming websites to locate quality games; Saving the .swf file (I will provide a software to do this); Taking a screenshot of the selected game; Readjusting to 60x50 pixel PNG image showing the most attractive part of the game; Typing a catchy description and instructions for each game; Uploading the image, game, and instructions through the administrator panel. In all, it should take no longer than 5 minutes to find and add each game. The best way to go about finding someone for this job would be to ask for sample entries. The write-up for the description and instructions have to be unique. So here goes: Post in this thread a sample game submission that you would make on this website. This would be an example of a good description and instructions. Here would be another example, based on listings on Arcade Temple itself. The person with the highest quality game, thumbnail and description/instructions will win the job! Also, please post how much you would charge for each game submission. I need at least one game to be added on a daily basis. However, you may have other things to do on certain days so it is perfectly understandable if you skip a day or two, and then make up for the missed game submissions on the third day.

I'm leaning towards this entry at the moment. This is one of the few entries where there are no grammatical errors. However, could a thumbnail also be posted? Of course, I would be paying you more than what you have asked in your PM. This is another decent entry, but the thumbnail is not too attractive. The best way of making one would be to take a screenshot of your desktop, cut the most attractive part of the game in Adobe Photoshop, and then resize it to 60x50 pixels. Here are some sample thumbnails: I will wait on a few more entries before making a decision. This is an easy $100+ monthly if you're a good writer and have basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop!
First off all i want to tell you that i did this kind of job before. Ok here i go : The game I would upload this. (i know how to get the .swf without any program). (i can do a better one if you want). Description : You are a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle and you need to go to Shredder's lair to defeat him and rescue your master. You also need to collect the destabalizer pieces at the end of each level to gain access to the lair. Instructions: Use the arrow keys to move, Space to attack, Shift to block and Ctrl to switch turtle(just on the last level). Tips:Attack your opponents more then once to do a combo and earn more points. What do you think? If you want to change something or if you dont like something please tell me. Thank you.
Of course you can! Just tweak your entries to something similar to the examples I'm giving in terms of quality. Here is another sample game; and the entry would be as follows: Title: Pillage the Village Description: Grab the miniature villagers, fling them into the air, and loot their valued coins to obtain even more sinful ways to pillage them. Instructions: Use your left-mouse button to grab the villagers and throw them; thereafter collecting the coins on the ground by running your mouse through them. You can also press the 'up' and 'down' arrows on your keypad to bring whatever you are holding back and forth. If anyone makes a submission of such quality, you will be hired on the spot! I would easily pay $2 per game for similar entries. Just name your price if you can do quality submissions, and are a good communicator!
Title: Warfare Description: This game is set in World War I. You can play as Germany or England, but choose carefully. Then you must face your opponents in combat! You can take out entire enemy lines by using your missiles or use your infantry to strategically move your way up the battle field and take their camp. The choice is yours. Instructions: To "train" more men go to the lower menu and click on the unit you'd like to make. Then you have to wait until they have regenerated to make more. To send your men out to battle to enemy out of the trenches just click on the little lever next to the trenches. Then click on one of the "deploy" buttons to send out your men. To view more of the battle field simply move your mouse the direction you want to go. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I would charge $2.00 per submission. But each one would have as much detail as this one does.
