It was PR3 before.It is PR1 now.I couldn't interest with it but google like it and index good.daily visitors too low.you just need to buy some text links from good sites for getting traffic. ( i didn't buy any text link and not add it to any directory or blog)
    Site using wordpress.You can change/add new themes easily
    Site has also bot script which I spent extra money for coded it to php coder ( adding softwares daily (10-20 new softwares per day) with software name,direct link,details,tags and picture)

    I earned total $100 from selling footer and permanent links before. (while PR3)
    you can use adsense or other systems too. No ban
