Fastest way to get W9 document approved by Clickbooth?

    anyone help which way is good and fast to get approved W9 by Clickbooth
    I edit W9 pdf ..write thete my address and date .then print and then scan
    After that i write message to Sara with that file .
    I'm doing right? Or i have just to write my address inside pdf and sent them back?

    thanks for help..but what to sent? pdf with my address included there (i can't sign there) or same pdf printed then scanned with my sign there and then sent jpg to mail?

    Print it than add your hand signature...
    SCAN than send via email or Fax

    jimmy..i can't say who is my AM .Before i was able to see who is my manager .but now i see empty windows

    Can't say how many days they will take to approve u,but normally they take lot of days to approve,i was approved after 15-16 days.

    I'm confused..:eek::confused:
    Which document (fw8ben ,fw9) is for USA and which for international.?!!
    Today i receive mail from SARA and she told me i sent wrong document.
    FW9 in my case. Now i have to sent fw8ben document .but what info i have to write there?..anyone know where to get examples what to fill up in document?
