Can someone here help fix my html?

I have a fairly simple auction template that I designed in MS Word.
I am fairly close to having the html composed for posting. However, it is rather jumbled, things are layered up on each other and I can't for the life of me figure out borders. Can one of you help me to straighten out my code? I have it in notepad, if that helps.
Thanks so much for taking a look at my post. I'd be grateful for any replies .

Yes, MS Word, the word processor. It actually has a webpage creator. The html it rights is very hard to follow. You view it checking the source via previewing it in your browser. Waht I've done is manipulate the html from that program on my own in notepad. I'm almost there, but I need help aranging things correctly. If I can find someone to help me, I can send you the word document so that you can see what it's supposed to look like, and the html notepad document, so that you can see what I've pieced together.
Thanks!

Post the html notepad document here so we can see it. Remember to surround it with
tags like so...
Your code goes here
but only to appear on the feature-list, its not meant to be used!
sure, its a word processor. you would get the same crappy results i you ask a painter to build your furniture.
but you know that this html is so crappy that only ie will display something? there are much better (because its impossible to make html worse than ms-word) and free html-editors out there, why not use one of them instead?

Chocolates, turquoise, plum and dark ruby hues form the assortment of shapes that encrust this earth inspired set.
Alternating flattened and rectangular hand formed beads compliment the free form designs that decorate them.
Taos is kind of like that: lots of room for irregularity amongst the order.
I imagine these beads to be remnants of turquoise digs by the Taos Indians flushed down into the creek beds of the
Sangre de Cristo mountains. Rounded corners, worn edges, with some flattened by time, they look like they’d be perfect for skipping. But who would skip these?

A matched set of choku spacers contrasts this irregularity with precision.
At first glance, the spacer beads look fairly solid in color, but closer inspection reveals a mottled deep brown animal pattern.

Made of soda lime glass, my beads are immediately kiln annealed for lasting wear and durability.
A must for both the discerning designer and collector.
There are enough beads in this 23-piece set for earrings, a necklace, and a bracelet +.

I have tried to build it in a few wysiwyg editors... like Mozilla and Blue Voda.
I find their html to be just as cryptic, and I am unable to get the page to display properly when I post to Ebay. I've tried to boil it down to some really basic code, as you can see, but I am really new at this stuff, and I have made a layered mess!

The code at the top of the body is one that I copied for a "no right click".

Thanks!

Without having the time to check it all for you, I will say that the font face probably won't fly... may I recommend Verdana for the whole thing? Also, eBay won't allow any script languages as far as I know, so the JS will have to go.

(Anyone that really wanted to rip graphics could just hit PrintScreen and paste into Paint anyways.)

Cool Rszrama- I didn't even know that I had a different kind of script in there!
I had copied that stuff from a wysiwyg editor thinking that I could combine it all. So that must be why it's all layered up.
Oh, and I get the font face concern, but that hasn't been a problem with Ebay. The font displays just fine.
I'll go mess with it some more.
Thanks!

Maybe have a look at dhe editor. not free but you can try it fully functioning for 30 days or you can use the free version.if not for profit

very simple to use and supposedly writes clean xhtml code. validation may have some warnings but not errors. what do you have to lose...
