    The site would look much better if you get a professional logo and add some
    graphics into the header.

    I suggest the same.... site look quite nice but it is not looking good becuase of logo.

    I suggest you to add the site name in the banner with some graphics. No need for searching a new logo because now your site is looking quite pleasant.

    I suggest that you remove the ads on top and put a logo there. If you want the ads, put them UNDER the logo.
