My CTR has shooted UPPP!

Hi all,

i have an year old website that had CTR of 2-3%

Now few days I made a new Blog that is getting 30% CTR...

Is it OKIE? or google will doubt me?
Well, i am playing abolutely fair , and the clicks are proper and fair......

my over all CTR for both sites is near 6-7% NOW.......

should i continue like this is or not? (Second blog i made is On blogspot not my own domain.....!)

just want to know can google doubt me for having such CTR for new blog.....????

 

I think you would be knowing the answer better than anyone else.

If you are having problem then contact Adsense Support.

 

Be more worried about where your traffic is coming from than CTR. If the traffic is coming from shady places, then yes, contact Google. If it isn't.. then don't worry.

But , atleast u guys can suggest that 30% CTR is HIGH or Normal ???

 

I'm not sure but i think its about how much traffic you get to your website.
This weekend my CTR is 0,08% and last week 30% too.

 

Blogs are usually getting a higher CTR but 30% sounds to be a little much. It also depends on the amount of visitors which you have. If you only have around 5 per day and 2 of them click an ad then it could just be luck. Be careful that you are not getting click-bombed - if you do - then make sure to contact google asap to avoid getting banned.

contact the adsense support. that's not normal to have a CTR like yours.

 

if the traffic is real and clicks are legit, than nothing to worry. i had site with 30%+ ctr for over a year without any problem. however, its a good idea to analyze your traffic and stats to make sure you are not being click bombed

 

Agreed. Find out where this traffic is coming from. Although I have seen sites with high CTR, 30% will always raise questions.

 

Normally 4 to 5% CTR is common.I don't know how you are getting such a high CTR.How much Clicks and how much you are earning from this particular site?

 

If you're tracking the clicks and they're coming from different IPs, then you should be okay.

Otherwise, if you're going about this blindly, contact Google ASAP.

 

That does sound well above the average rate and i would try and find out why before you get into trouble.

 

Are you sure you didn't just check your stats after only one or two clicks?

 

I agree. If traffic is legit and illegal clicks are absent then nothing to worry about.

 

It is depend on the traffic. if you traffic is less than 50 UV, then it is normal.
By the way, you shallnt worry if all the traffic is natural

 

30% of CTR is tooo !!! high, but if your traffic is coming from different ip's then you shouldn't be worry abt this
otherwise contact google helpdesk as soon as possilbe

 

Your CTR in too high.... i think you should care about this and should check about invalid activity

 

CTR is high but unless it is done with illegal methods, you are ok, I guess.
