    I Have Some Money in a PAYPAL Account its of india ,(A Friends Account) , India to PAK transaction is not allowed . and pakistan is not A PAYPAL Supported Country . In Pakistan :
    Moneybookers
    XOOM (No Transaction With India Allowed)
    Western Union (No Transaction With India Allowed)
    Alert Pay
    And Mostly Everything Works ,

    But My Friend Has A Paypal Account only ,Cant Create Any Other . He tried WU But its not possible , tried to send via XOOM To My Bank Account , Again Now Allowed :S .. I'm Really Stuck Up What Should i do ?! :(

    HELP PlEASE !! =(

    I'm not an indian or pakistan but as I know its hard to transfer money between these two countries because of these two country rules. As I see, one possible way is transfer the senders paypal money to moneybookers and ask him to send money to your moneybooker. It'll take few days. Hope this help.
