Most of the people think that childbirth causes the most severe pain for the female. However, for being male never gets pregnancy so that we may not comprehend how painful it is.

The most severe pain that I've ever gotten is caused by inserting a needle between my fingernail and my finger.

Recovering from open hernia surgery wasn't a walk in the park.

I'd say when I fell out of a tree would have to be my most painful moment. So painful I passed out.
I broke my left arm in 4 places / dislocated my shoulder and was only 5 at the time.

The severity of pain varies depending on the extent of injury and varies from person to person. For example, one who had a simple fracture might think that he had suffered a lot until he faces another mishap :(

What do you mean? A push bike cable cut into your leg? Wha?

I recently nearly cut off my thumb with a long strand of steel wool. I wrapped it around my thumb to snap it off, and it didn't snap - it just sliced.

When I had fallen off a staircase and had landed fully on my back....

The back pain was so severe...I could not just move myself...and I had to take rest for more than two weeks:(

I still remember the painful experience with my tooth pulled out when I was young around 15. Until today, I'm still having the shivers whenever going for dental check.

I had 4 teeth pulled out (in 1 visit!) when I was a teenager - I've still got them in a Tic Tac container. The only good thing about my orthodontic adventure was the team of boobed up assistants.

Whenever I have a toothache, my whole body just completely shuts down in pain, I really hate that feeling.
