I hve seen a few websites where you can view episodes of certain tv shows. They seem to be based on wordpress blogs. Is there a tutorial or a plugin or script for that around? Thanks

I use a php script web site that has terrific SEO features. Once installed its super easy to add videos and categories. It wasnt cheap but it works well. Than source your traffic and monetize. CPA lead and Zango seem the most popular for making money from the site but there are other sources as well.
I just use word press..it is easy with all the plugins...you just find the embedded video and post it as you post on word press blog..it is easy
So, would you create a static page, then make the categories the "Seasons" Then make the posts the episodes in those seasons? How do you make it look less like a blog and more like a video site?
Yes...just assign category to what you want and then, post it...it will appear like a static page... I dont know what do you mean for the second question but, with wordpress, you can easily get used to it..with all the plugins and so forth... wordpress also got so many themes to choose..It also has the themes for video blog, so it may look like a video site rather than a blog.. just search it and you can find lots of video theme for wordpress
