    yeah i noticed alot of people who just do over-reacting or so slow with their work at all... but i think caffeine can do help a lil bit...

    But the best advice is get your alarm clock as loud as you can a very far from your bed, usually works

    Visualize the time you need to wake up before you go to sleep. You can actually train yourself to wake up on time, even without an alarm clock.

    I (with no better solution) have my alarm clock on my shelf at the other side of the room. I have to get out of bed and cross the room for it to be turned off - hence waking me up significantly when I do so.

    Just gio straight in the shower after it....
