Look at http://www.000webhost.com - they offer 1500 MB storage, 100 GB bandwidth, PHP and MySQL. If your forum grows beyond that, you should probably be looking at paid hosting anyway. I've used them and am happy, but for a very simple site (no PHP, no mySQL), so I'm probably not pushing things that much anyway. I found them via a thread here on DigitalPoint.

Check out the link in my signature.

    Our uptime is currently:
    Uptime: 68 Days, 2 Hours, 27 Minutes, 13 Seconds

Not bad for a free host!

i doubt you will be safe... vbulletin is very resource intensive , that's 1, number 2, vbulletin probably is nulled so will have big problems, someday your account and files can be deleted without warning.

Why i said you don't have a license ? if you have money for vbulletin should have money for hosting too.

My advice, go with smf or any other free forum script.

well buying one a new one is better than having a free one as a forum involves huge bandwidth and uptime..
just be careful with that aspect..
    i agree with Newzone there..

be careful ; a lot of freehosts don't allow vb anymore as they don't have time/energy to check all licenses.

    Just curios.
If you afford to buy VB license, why don't you not afford to pay for a small hosting fee?

I agree, also I would not advise running a vbulletin site on a free host unless you do not expect much activity on it.

    Do NOT go for 000webhost.

They are WORST free webhost ever. Their affiliate program is a 100% BS scam, and they have LOTS of downtime. I've also heart reports of people's content getting deleted without reason.

That being said, try oxyhost.com or novahost.org
