My advice is build a blog on the site, upload a few articles about acne from article directories (keeping the author resource box), build some links to it, and then try to sell it.
I have to agree with MechPoint here. Considering that it is a 3 tier domain name (name made up from 3 words) and there are so many of these types of combination's available, the best thing to do is develop it to improve it's saleability. Give it a good niche and some strong page rank (Pr3+) your sure to attract some buyers/bidders. As it stands it's reg fee with the possibility of attracting a poor buying interest from a realistic point of view. ROOFIS
