    six pack abs aren't made in the gym, they're made in the kitchen. you really have to clean up your diet if you want a sixer. and run. alot.

    It really is about diet. Everyone has abs under the layer of fat on their stomach. It is impossible to just target that fat through exercise, you have to lose fat all over your body.

    Yes, you have to strengthen your abs in the gym, but direct ab work isn't really necessary. You use your abs to perform many exercises - squat, deadlist, rows, even the bench press).

    two easy steps that you got to repeat for at least three months:

    step1: be on a diet
    step2: do exercises: cardio, weight lifting, and abdominal exercises
    cardio examples: jogging, swiming, running
    Cardio should be done for 25 minutes three times a week.

    Have a nice set of abs!

    lolz - my boss, always edit my writings on bodybuilding :D

    - well lose belly fat if you are bulky, if you are skinny then only take targetted amount of calories
    - proteins, carbs, and fats > highly recommended
    - supplements are helpful only when they r developed frm natural products :)
    - do intense workout with abs
    - do crunches , starting atleast from 50 to 100 and then so on :D
    - drink alot of water, give proper time to rest -

    Six pack abs are relatively easy to get but very tough to maintain...

    Lots of exercising with very minimal solid food intake gives out the result....One has to practically live on juices only...for nutrition...

    You should go on diet.

    Besides cardio and lifting , consume more protein then before. I suggest you look up for a menu online.
