link exchange ?

    i am having self hosted wordpress blog so do i have to ask for link exchange by commenting on their blog or by contacting them?:confused:

    Either way would do. Personally, I believe that emailing blog owners is far better.

    according to blogging tactics it is advised to comment and ask for link exchange .i was successful doing that.now emailing blog owners will work or not i don't know

    now i am getting backlinks by commenting :). i want permanent backlink from particular blog to get regular flow of traffic
