    My advise is never use a RSS poster!! you can never get any traffic google hates them and wont hestitate to give a 50 point serp penalty.that means you wont even rank good for your own domain!!

    TO get your forum started use yourself and friends!! that is the best way!!

    If you still want to got there is a free auto poster haven't tried it myself So dont blame me if something goes wrong!!

    Searc for last rss auto poster in google you will find it!

    There are better ideas than using an auto poster software.

    You can try keeping some contest.
    You can ask your friends to post for you.
    You can provide some SERVICES to people who are posting there.
    You can exchange posts with other new forums, so they post on your forum and you post on their forums.
    You can hire people for providing solutions to common problems in your niche, who can post solutions regularly.
    There are lot of Post to Host type of forums which provide hosting to their members. similarly taking idea from that, you can provide some PERKS or BENEFITS or GIFTS to your members for being active.
    There are few forums which provide revenue share from advertising to their members, PAID TO POST kind of forums.

    So there are lot of idea to build ACTUAL community, instead of using auto bots which are against google's policy.
