It was PR0 from 23.10.2008 to 12.11.2008 and it just shifted to PR5.

 

^^ Do you still need anything else? You're trying to sell a site that is new, no content, and forged pagerank - passing the .com to the .biz domain.

Google pagerank hasnt updated yet so its impossible to have a page rank 5.

I think you'll find the next update is still 2 weeks away.

After nobody bought it i decided to save it for myself, and did indeed.

 

I think jazzbass10 is acting plain smart. The site does not have a page rank (for a rss site to page 5 rank is difficult). Guys dont be fooled. Don't buy sites which don't give you complete informatio.

Have you ever bought an old PR5 tried to restore it ? I think you are scam. If you continue blaming with no evidance like thats "impossible to get pr5" I have to complain about you. I was here since 2006 and this is first time a newbie blaming me. If you dont believe dont buy, its easy. I'm not indian, try to seek for scammers in your country.

 

It's not impossible.

I had a blog, page rank 4 first update.
Another blog had pagerank 5 but it had an absolute shitload of content when i put it live.
both were sitename.wordpress.com blogs so I have no doubt its possible.

Update hasnt happened yet. Should happen 28-29th Nov.

Edit: a third blog i did, i made just a few days before last google update. A blogspot blog. (3 word)Keyword domain name.blogspot.com it had what i consider perfect SEO, just ONE 90 word article and had a page rank of 3 instantly.
