Look on adsense in their help section for contact details. However make sure it is a question they can actually help you with. A lot of people ask silly questions like how can I improve my earnings. They don't answer questions like that.

You can not contact to admin directly buddy but yes if you have any problem regarding your adsense account than go to help section and contact adsense help team via email .
The email addresses supplied in this thread are your best bet. I would imagine the amount of energy Google puts into its response will match how much they feel you are worth. If you generate $20 revenue a month, you might get a copy and paste response; add a few zeros on the end and I'm sure a real person will fully read your message and give an individual response.
This is a good point. There must be some sort heirarchy ranking, and I can only guess that its based on pageviews or earnings or something. Like someone said in another thread, you have very large sites who solely rely on Adsense who probably get preferential treatment.
There will be a structure in google under the creators. Every section with have a manager or more than one manager. e.g. Adwords, Adsense, Search, etc... These guys are top and aren't the ones that answer questions. Rather than admin, you need to contact help and suppport.
