WTS Sports Related Blog PR1 6 Month Old Domain

This was my very first website, and now I am venturing off to more profitable websites that dont require much work, this site is about the florida gators sports, and I actually think I did pretty well with the site for my first one, its a very clean site, and I would like to sell it for a nice price. The PR1 bumps the price up there itself, it has about 43 posts inside the site right now, and I try to post everyday but that doesn't work out because I have other things to do. I will start the bidding on his site at $300, and the bid increments will be in sets of $20 please. The site is monetized with Adsense, which has only made $19 since I first started it, and kontera which really hasn't made anything. I also have StubHub Affiliate going on there but it hasn't made anything. So I am selling this site solely on potential gross, and the domain age, plus the PR. So I will outline the price below once more.

I'll go ahead and drop the BIN down to $500 because I did a little research and the 6 month old domain is not worth $600, somewhere in between $300-400, so basically the domain is going for $300 now, and the site for $200.

 

Oh I forgot to mention that the site also has a Forum which is starting to get up there to, its all from scratch I did nothing on the forums or the site with already created content, all the content was created by me on both the forums and website, except the other members on the forum, that was created by them.

I really want to sell this site, so I will drop down the starting bids to $200 so that I can encourage more people to bid on the site.

 

Is no one interested in a PR1 Sports Blog, I mean the prices are not set in stone, I am willing to negotiate, for interested people.

Oh I forgot to add the forums your getting with the website is PR1 AS WELL that means your getting two PR1 sites I mean come on??

 

This is a great oppurtunity for anyone that wants to get into the web business with minimal knowledge ll you have to do is post, I have done link building work to it, and the PR and revenue should just increase.

I also forgot to add that the site sees about 500 Uv a month, not bad for where its at.

 

$500 is too high for a PR1 site with very little revenue and traffic..
I guess you need to drop the prices some more

 

Your actually getting (2) PR1 Sites for this price, the regular main site, and the forums the site has as well, so its two PR1's rolled into one.

 

Still trying to get some offers on this site, I am just going to start off the bidding at $100, to see what I can get started here, this is a tremendous offer considering your actually getting two seperate sites into one, and they are BOTH PR1 so start sending me some feedback
