If you own the hosting and the Domain name and it is in your name, you are the owner. If you are talking about a free hosted blog like blogger or Wordpress.com, you own the content. You do not own the blog in the sense you can sell it. As far as stated you own it, you can put your name anywhere you want on the blog stating you own it.
i have applied for affiliate program they asked me to show ownership details.as you said my name and address is there on the blog.i did not get approved for affiliate program.what are the details i should show so that it tell them i am owner of the blog.the blog is www.dfunda.com ?
most of the sites ask to put some html, which they provide on the blog to make sure you are the owner of the blog.
They should have given you some code if they required verification or asked you to make apost with a code in it. Then they should have a verification process. Either post the afffiliate here or email their support.
Haven't they mention why they disapproved your blog? Sometimes, they need some requirements other than blog ownership.
