Yep. You can goto http://www.plimus.com and sign for free. You don't need to have Credit Cards to sign up or withdrawing the funds.

    Hello,

To live the rest of your life happy and smiling, stay away from stormpay.. you will one day remember reading this line.

www.SpaceCoin.com seems to be a decent merchant too, easy interface and on-time withdrawals.

    Good luck.

well not sure but i think wallet365 will only allow you to deal in INR + i guess wont be able to do transaction with people outside India ( unlike paypal --> its available worldwide ) ...but yeah wallet365 is definitely trustworthy( timesofmoney ) and also they provide you adding fund/withdrawing fund using online banking..!!
so wallet365 is good if u r dealing in INR otherwise paypal is Best ..take care

You can also try moneybookers. I'm using it as I can't have paypal (not available in my country). I haven't had problems with moneybookers.

i guess you can only get verified with a Credit Card ( Visa/Master Card ) ..and not with a debit card..
