You must be a US publisher.

A lot depends on the site you submit. The two in your signature wouldn't qualify.

YPN is a disaster these days - horrible targeting, limited ad inventory, low click payout. You aren't missing anything.

Seems like you guys have misunderstood what YPN is. They only allow maybe 5% of all applicants. Traffic, Quality of content and many other factors come into play. No way you would get be let in with ringtones, MP3 or any site with less than 5K Unique a day.

No, you don't have to. YPN has recently started accepting U.K/EU publishers.

Is Yahoo! Publisher Network available in countries other than the United States?
At this time, the beta version of Yahoo! Publisher Network is only available to publishers within the United States. We will provide details on availability in other countries as soon as they are available.

YPN is still good for me. Good clicks, good targeting, especially on my gambling related sites.

Make sure you are from the USA.

Submit a quality site on your own domain (not a blogspot).

YPN targeting and payouts are horrible these days. Unless you were banned from adsense, it isn't even worth worrying about.

Friend Yahoo Publisher is one of the worst network they are not at all serious about this section and i think they forgot to review the applications. This particular incident has also happened with me.Don't Worry Better to usee Adbrite in your site rather than yahoo and google.
    Thank You.
