It is spelled as "English" not "Engrish". Check on your spelling.
Regarding the ads placement, try to move the ad units to the top. Usually those located at the bottom don't give good conversion rate.

Which do you think works better, placing a big rectangle on the top or placing two big rectangles both on the top and the bottom?

Also, what do you think about the multi-color palette?

 

You can 1 more post in the home page and the remaining ad block . Everything else is looking fine
