    Worth the money you paid.

Submit the website to all major search engines, put up some meta tags and improve the site title to perhaps something like "Car Forum discussion forums".

Advertise alot in signatures and try and spread the word about your forums.

Yeah seems a good buy, but the design is no good. Very difficult to know what is going on, it seems not to aligned properly.

The forum is not bad but I think the logo should be more prominent and
the text below the header is too large it would look better if you made
    the text a bit smaller.

You might add a street rod section and solicit advertising from some after market car part makers.

I agree with ianssmith, that's a good buy even though there's not many members, first things first:

    1. CLEAN UP the layout, I didn't know what was going on once I visited the forums.
    2. Keep the Boards to a minimum, like just brands of cars (BMW, mercedez, etc) once you get more members it will grow eventually and they will ask you to open sub forums.
    3. Install plugs in to help you on SEO.
    4. Keep advertising to a minimum.
    5. Use Google webmaster tools and submit sitemap if not done already
    6. Do a newsletter once or twice a month and do a giveaway once a month, something small.
    7. be prepared to spend endless ammount of hours on it!
    8. Make sure to do something that stands out more than other car forums out there!

    Good Luck!

For me, the site design doesn't look good..it's too blackish and there are no borders, etc. The header looks good.
    Good luck with the site!

Hmm...although I'm not into cars but the site has a lot of potential. The design is nicely done and the categories are well arranged according to car models. Don't know about others but I think black is suitable as it makes the green color text stands out.
