    Hi all.

I really hope someone can help me.

Right now I have my domain frompo.com with tigerservers.com

My problem is I can´t get in contact with the support team, now I have try´t in 2 weeks without any response! I have sent about 20-25 e-mails and try´t to call on the phone everyday!

How can I get my EPP key and unluck my domain if they don´t answer my calls and e-mails?

I don´t want to use more time on tigerservers.com

I really hope you can help me!

    Best regards

    Martin

Have you tried their live support? I looked but only seen Sales as being online, but it's a start! They haven't responded in 2 weeks? That is horrible customer service if you ask me! Hope you can get it sorted.

They are offering unlimited space and bandwidth, and then claim they are not oversold!?? Is there no place t manage your domain? Like a control panel, just for the domain?

If you can access to the files on the server via FTP - try to access there then and upload to the new web host. They start arguing on the billing related issues with them. Good luck in finding new host

    Hi,
That is not good if you don't have a copy of your website. But you really need to find a way yo contact them to get back your domain and transfer it. Rebuilding the site will be more easy than getting the domain back.

Sorry about your bad experience and good luck!

Wait till they online and then move all stuff you have hosted with them.
    Hope everything will go smoothly.
