I ran this about 3 years ago when I was in shape. Ever since I broke my leg on my last track race (5:25 mile PR but not worth it - fell as soon as I crossed the line and broke it), I haven't ran since.
I'll get on it in the gym. I'll see how quick I can do it. I just hate treadmills, you have to press buttons when you wanna speed up etc
well , i guess for working people home gym is good !! and if you dont have machines then go for the normal push ups, chin ups and sit ups
I guess one should take up 3-4 km running daily as an exercise...if you don't have time for that..then try to shorter it accordingly.....
If you dont have a treadmill or gym membership, running in place is actually a really good work out. Only problem is that you look retarded when you do it.
I've recently started running again, been doing 5km up hill every other day and I'm feeling great so far, hopefully I can do my first 10k soon then half marathon then full marathon in 2012 alongside the olympics in London! Also I'm running a 5km race for Sport Relief this Sunday and if anyone feels like sponsoring me (even a dollar helps) then you can do so here - http://www.mysportrelief.com/personalPage.aspx?registrationID=274369
