PayPal to ePassporte Withdrawal?

    Recently I got an ePassporte card, I am thinking to add it in my PayPal, can I Withdraw the PayPal funds to epass card?

    Or is there any way to exchange?

    No, you cannot do so as the ePassport card does not permit you to load from Paypal and using an exchanger would be a breach of your contractual agreement with Paypal.

    And how many days you can get the epassporte card?
    I was ordered but after week, I still not getting shipping noticed by them. For fast shipping, they cost $100.
