Looks good, nice layout and soft colors work well.

I really like it. I would personally use a different background color, but I think that the one you chose works good with the way you designed it.

custom made. i just built it myself from scratch

The overall layout and design is good, the site has a professional look

looks great one thing that i would change i would make the main feature text as a link as well

 

I suggest you expand on the page titles, i.e. describe more about what that page is about. This allows your pages to rank for certain keyword phrases.

e.g. http://webforhealth.com/category/hair-loss/

instead of <title>Hair Loss - Health Tips - Diet Reviews</title>

have: <title>Hair Loss and Baldness Remedies and Solutions. Web for Health.</title>

Google recommends around 6-7 words (65 characters).

 

wow, if you designed that yourself kudos!

- great domain name
- great theme
- nice logo and tagline

I think the above suggestion at releasing that as a free theme with a link back to your site in the footer is defintely worth pursuing. You built that theme and it rocks, you may be able to get a massive amount of sweet links for whatever anchor text you choose.
Otherwise, you need to change your title tags for each different page - make them keyword rich and relevent to the page while still reading well to a human
