Do you mean forum posting? If so yes one of the staff can do it but not per post basis we prefer full time basis. Maybe for the first 2-3 days he/she need to register for new accounts to busy forums he/she may only create 20-30 account for a day, faster if you provide list of forums. After creation then I guess faster able to post from 50 - 80 post per day or even more.
