Setting up an email marketing process (such as sending a newsletter) with an autoresponder (such as aweber and competitors) is one of the best way to implement an emailing strategy - Fine

But are the other tools to send newsletter/sales letters to the list you manage to build?

[ not talking about blind mass mailing/spamming ]

As email marketing strategy, some of you are using yahoo, gmail, hotmail or other ones and their automatic message responses option?

Do you also use some kind of forwarding options?

Free solutions suck. Use Aweber or getresponse. $20 a month.
    Well worth it.

Be prepared to follow-up with leads for 2 years or more. if you
aren't you'll leave a huge amount of money on the table. As you
grow using Yahoo or whatever becomes a PITA - it's more important
to manage your lists quickly and get your emails through the spam
    filters.

I email my lists 2x a week - sometimes more. I am relentless and
I've made a lot of money with email marketing.

The #1 focus should be to build the list. The biggest problem is to get people to join your list and to be successful at that you must have a valuable freebie, and also provide useful information and send out a new letter every 3 days or so.
