I though you were starting a site with anime videos on it. The domain name isn't really fitting for a anime discussion forum IMO. Your theme is kinda hard especially that you only focus on discussions and etc. You might wanna put up some weekly episodes on some popular anime's like Naruto, Bleach, One Piece. The forum template is good but the banner isn't that good. Also, put up more popular anime forums there, not just only DB-GT and Naruto. There are tons of anime's like Bleach, Death Note, One Piece and many more. Overall, this needs more work IMO. Good luck!

I don't think it's a good idea. It would hassle to see a video if you're going to log in and find that thread IMO. How about make a homepage of videos and move your forum into an innerpage?
Anime's forum will cost you a lot of time to drag all anime fan to your forum. This can be done by actively participate as a forumer at other forums also. Normally, well know member will easy attract other to join him/her in a new forum.
Can any one tell me how would I get a home page as diet pepsi have posted the idea. The homepage host must be providing skin uploads...
