Will I get Banned for these ad placements

I am not sure about this, I want to ask whether there is anything wrong about the placement of ads on this page. If Google were to review this blog, will they ban my AdSense Account.

I have seen a lot of blogs do their ads like this and I havnt heard of any of them getting in trouble yet.

 

Frankly speaking, if you are worry then don't take the risk and put headlines or titles too close to your ads. It can be viewed as misleading the visitor to think that those are part of the web content.

 

Thank you everyone for helping me out. It seems best idea is to keep the ads and see where I get.

 

2 Ads in the middle are to many for me! I will put only one after the text! That will be enough and it will appear better paid ads! And your Website will have better design!

You are right, but I am experimenting with it. i will keep it there for 7 days and see the what performs best, above the fold, or below it.

 

I would leave them how you got them. I dont see anything wrong with it.
