I like forum posting. But you have to implement some techniques to get members initially.

 

Any idea how can i attract people towards this new forum?

 

How long has your forum been created ? Will you run it for long ?
If yes, I would like to join your forum .

my personal opinion when creating sites is to aim it at a specific Genre. then you dont have as much comp

Nice looking forum, keep up the great job, with some good promotion you can bring people in and it will grow.

 

Many of the forum owners hire forum posters (on payment basis) to kick start the activity and once your forum has sufficient members and contents, it will become healthy and active. Good luck

 

Attract people? Hire lots of forum poster and pay them.. I suggest you to get long term forum posting deals from forum posters..

 

I second dairyman's opinion....

Provide some sort of incentive to good posters to create a buzz on your forum. It will be helpful in building content initially.

To attract traffic to your forums

a) you need content
b) more members -some should be fake
c) more threads and posts

You need to hire posters to do all these after that you can see your traffic increasing automatically

 

Yeah, that's right. Without contents, members and posts, a forum can't be a forum......it'll just a simple Webpage.

Simple curious: Which category do you like more if you were not a webmaster?
