The mayans said that the body is just a cage to the soul.

Mayan in their language means: Illusion.

I think that the mayans found a way to scape from this body...that's why they disappeared with no appearently reason.

I'm amazed he didn't mention global warming. Apparently Mars and the moon average temperature is rising at the same rate as of earth

Kinda leaves out Global Warming then given Mars and the Moon have no atomosphere. Maybe the sun is just getting hotter?

Take the doom and gloom away, and a certain ex-vice-president has no acting career!

Okay, this posting right here is my official 3201st post!

And it is to slam that certain ex who just had to make Franklin D. Roosevelt a liar by making my social security taxable!
I will never forget that butthole (and neither will others on SS)!

I will vote for whomever will say he/she will repeal that tax!

Forgive me, what was this thread about?>???

did you know that the magnetic poles moved all the time?

terrible! the minimum distance from earth is 2.57 billion km (earth-sun: 146 million km). im not sure about the relationship between distance and magnetic field power, but im quite sure that a average solar flare at the sun causes much more trouble to satellites and earths magnetic field than a "increase of 10,000% of the magnetic field of uranus".

logically, the first date in the calendar should be 0.0.0.0.0, but as the baktun (the first component) are numbered from 1 to 13 rather than 0 to 12, this first date is actually written 13.0.0.0.0. and i found a instant-soup today in my kitchen with a "best before 12/2012" date. hm....

thats interresting, because the mayan calendar started in 13.0.0.0.0. the date 13.0.0.0.0 may have been the mayas' idea of the date of the creation of the world, which can be translated to the 8 Sep 3114 BC (Julian) = 13 Aug 3114 BC (Gregorian) or also possible 11 Nov 3374 BC (Julian) = 15 Oct 3374 BC (Gregorian) = ~8000 years after the ice age.

yaeh, happens every few years and results in more and larger solar flares. its like a season, and it already decreases again. but i still dont see any relation to moving magnetic fields and volcanoes.
my sex life decreased by 95% since my girlfriend left me
it was only 100 meters/year on top of your post, where do you got this missing 1080km from?!
    global warming sucks!

guess this this may cause some rice bags falling over in china.
the dutch die every 4 years because the loose at the first round in footbal wm :D
