Getting banned is not possble because firstly the approval rate of links by respective admins of directories etc is random, later google time of indexing this links is also random. Hence there is no chance of any site getting banned, as I have done it for many sites with no problem at all.

I dont know but sceptical about it. Every thread comes with great reviews, that site has been submitted to the directories, classifieds, etc.
Ofcourse not all work is done manually.There are certain softwares available, I am sure if I research more I can get those softwares and get my site listed.

I think if he is too busy, he shouldn't accept new order. Just concentrate to finish his current orders first.

Don't delaying another order because of many new orders. He could get banned because of that, even he has already finish his work. Of course delayed, though.
