We have just bought the upgrade to Dreamweaver CS4 which is installing now and I was just wondering if anyone else has it and thinks it is a great improvement on CS3?

I will post my view in about an hour.

I'm guessing you've upgraded by now :D So what do you think of the updated version? Anything that impresses you?

DW CS4 introduces a few new and improved features.

    Some of my favorites:
    -Live view
    -Related files bar
    -CodeSearch

Ever since Adobe acquired Macromedia, all their tools suck. DW included. Too heavy.

I am not sure which dreamweaver version is "CS4" .
    I am using dreamweaver 8 now .
It is powerful html coding software, I can't code html without it .

I am having problems installing it on my new laptop but it turns out that the problem is specific to the laptop i just bought which is typical. I have found a patch for it now though so should hopefully be able to give some feedback soon.

Ok I have finally installed CS4. I'm still working my way around the new features but what I have seen so far seem to quite good.

The main advantage of CS4 to CS3 is that it's features will save you a lot of time when creating/editing websites. Most of the features were possible to do in CS3 but are now both quicker and easier to do in CS4.

Does anyone have a favourite new feature?
