I have been paid several times by BP. So, yes, they always pay, but your payment depends on when they get it. Sometimes I've been paid like net 20...others net45. Still waiting on September commissions now. They have few incent offers, although conversions are decent...and if you are running nonincent, they watch you like a hawk. They reversed several hundred dollars of money I earned due to their own mistake.
HTH....otherwise, yeah, they have a lot of good, highpaying offers and I'm sure ppl here have pleasant experiences with them.

eta: You just have to make the 100.00 threshold one time. After that they pay no matter how much you bring in

I like BPN - my payments have always been on time.

 

I would stay away from them personally...my experience with them was horrible.
